In essence, everything that happens to us, is created by us. Life is like a mirror reflecting your feelings, your actions and your thoughts. The idea is that everything you experience in life is a reflection of yourself.

We have complete and total control over only one thing in life – our thinking and feeling.
Life is a confirmation of your thoughts as the user and experiencer.
Essentially everything is vibration with different levels of frequency. Our thoughts are energetic, and our feelings are magnetic. The more you focus on a subject the more it will be drawn into your consciousness you call your reality. Thought comes before form and energy before matter. Heightened emotions, either positive or negative will draw the matter towards you at a more rapid rate. What you hold in mind comes to life irrespective of your preferences.
Each one of us is the writer of our own story, the navigator of our ship, the captain of our destiny. You decide who you are going to be in this story, the people who share this journey with you. You are the maker of your own circumstances and your own character in the game.
THOUGHTS CREATE THINGS
People often believe their problems to come from outside conditions. They try in vain to change the world surrounding them in hope things will improve. This seldom works because their thoughts are out of alignment.
Life is a mirror; its reflection shines your image back to you.
You are continually shaping the world around you as a result of conscious and unconscious thoughts. Reality is but a mirror reflecting your inner world.
The choice is yours. Reality brings forth external conditions according to your thoughts. So, it makes sense to examine your thoughts to improve your conditions.
Reality provides you feedback to help you right the wrong and create new circumstances based on a shift in awareness.
Negative thoughts shine the light on your unconscious mind. They contain lessons to enhance your personal evolution and create a new reality.
If you align with negativity, you attract that into your reality.
You create the future with each new thought. This is a powerful principle to override circumstances you do not wish to carry forward.
WHY CHANGE OUR THOUGHTS?
It is not until we change our thought patterns to focus on what it is we truly desire, that we can effect meaningful and lasting change.
It is often easier to blame someone else for what is wrong in our lives than to accept and take personal responsibility!
If our outer reality is unhappy, chaotic, failed relationships, failed business, or unfulfilling it is a direct result of what is happening inside us. If we have low self-esteem, feel badly about ourselves, believe we cannot say no, or constantly feel anger, hatred or loathing, then our outer world will be a place of turmoil and reflect this!
The truly wonderful thing is that by taking control of our minds and thinking, we take control over all other aspects of our life.
This is the key to personal happiness, freedom and peace of mind! By focusing exclusively on what it is that we truly desire and by eliminating all thoughts of what we don’t want, we can begin to shape, mould and build our lives to our own specifications!
Remember, limits exist only in our minds..
PEOPLE WHO SURROUND US ARE MIRRORING OUR OWN REFLECTION
Louise Hay said, “The people in my life are really mirrors of me. This affords me the opportunity to grow and change.”
So, rather than blaming the mirror of your life, people who mistreat you and situations that make you upset, allow the mirror to show you what you can change. Forget trying to change everyone else or thinking that if some situation resolved to your expectation then you could be happy.
Realize that you have the power to change yourself (and no one else). As you do your mirror will reflect something different, new and beautiful.
Today look at life with a new set of eyes, as a mirror would, and reflect on its image as it appears to you, without judgment or feeling.
HOW TO CHANGE YOUR REFLECTION IN YOUR MIRROR? HOW TO CHANGE YOUR LIFE?
1. Look at your life, your thoughts, words, attitudes, actions and behaviours. Ask yourself – in what way, “Are my thoughts reflecting my life?”
2. Get clear on what you want for your life, what reflection do you want to see in the mirror?
3. Take responsibility – for all of your life and your creation. You are not a victim, in fact you are a powerful manifestor and you do this primarily by your thoughts and emotions. Recognise that it is you that needs to change – not anyone else. Change yourself and you change the world.
4. Focus – Remember thoughts are energetic, and feelings are magnetic. The more you feel love, the more love will be drawn to you, gratitude, abundance all these powerful high calibration emotions, will bring you what you are seeking.
These principles are often called, the law of attraction, the law of projection or the law of correspondence. Which tells us our outer world is a reflection of our inner world – thoughts create things. The universe gives you what you ask for (both consciously and unconsciously), I’ve tried it and it works.
You live in the landscape of your thoughts until they merge to become reality.
HOW TO SIMPLY CREATE YOUR LIFE?
Its simple you have 2 life columns – one with a heading of love and the other fear.
In the love column write down all the wonderful things that have happened in your life, events, feelings, people, place etc and all the things that you still wish to experience.
In the fear column write down all the bad, negative experiences you have had.
Your mirror will reflect the column you choose to focus on. So, which one do you choose? Where are you focusing your energy and thoughts? Where are your thoughts going? Your life will clearly see evidence of your thoughts and emotions and be a most wonderful indicator and guide of what going on inside, this is the world you create.
Its impossible to feel anger when you are experiencing the emotion of forgiveness, its impossible to feel jealousy when you are in a state of love, its impossible to feel regret when you are experiencing joy – the vibrational signatures and too far apart. So if you happen to lean towards the fear column, practice high vibrational words and feel them, words like forgiveness, love, gratitude, hope, passion and the more you do this – welcome to your new reflection.
The story doesn’t matter, the details don’t matter – its how you choose to react and experience life that matters and choose your thoughts wisely.
Allow the obstacle to become the path, and the journey to show you the way – this is the game of life.
