CAN YOU CHANGE THE PAST?

Hello. Perhaps you’ve been told that you cannot change the past.
Well, that’s not entirely correct.
It’s our memories that solidify and hold the past, but it’s ever fluid, the past and ever changing based on our thoughts and our perceptions.
We tend to place time into dimensions of past, present and the future without often questioning those dimensions of perception.
So do you want the good news?
We can change the past basically by changing the way we think about things.
Our birthright is freedom, and the only thing we really can control in the is this life is how we think and how we feel and how we give meaning to things.
And this is magical because meaning is everything.
And when we give her a positive meaning to past events, as what we term as the past, it really is life changing changes not only your moments of now, but your future moments of now, are you still suffering from something that happened in the past?
I I know I sometimes do. And are you dealing with?
Thoughts and feelings and traumas and hurts. Loss. Heartbreak. Do you feel hopeless about ever getting to?
For a better, more positive place than where you feel you are right now, so I encourage you to stop living in the graveyard of the past. It doesn’t mean those things that didn’t happen. It doesn’t mean, perhaps to forget it just means to move forward, because you cannot create your future.
While living in the past, you can’t get to where you want to be. While walking backwards.
So yes, the past can be changed.

So quite simply, how do you change the past?
Well, firstly, accepting by what happened.
This takes you from a negative place to a neutral place of acceptance.
Then begin to ask yourself what did I learn from this challenge?
How can I grow from this challenge?
All of our challenges make us stronger and wiser.
And when you realise that each one benefits you in some way, the suffering certainly subsides.
And as soon as you begin to change your perspective about the past, the energy shifts with inside you and moves from a point of negativity to positivity.
And this really changes everything. Your past is what shapes you, what makes you and without your past. Challenges you wouldn’t be the special person you are today.
The unique gift in this world that only you can contribute.
You don’t want to erase your past, but reframe it, refocus, and look for the lessons.
