What Spirit Animal is calling you?
Everyone has a spirit animal and your spirit animal chooses you. Your animal guides become teachers, guides and advisors when we most need it.
The spirit animal enhances our spiritual connection by teaching us different lessons about ourselves and our environment.
In this episode of Luisa TV, I share with you tips on how to connect with your Spirit Animals and how to develop a relationship with them.

WHAT IS A SPIRIT ANIMAL?
Spirit animals are an embodied form of a spiritual guide. Spiritual guides can present themselves to us in whatever way we are willing to see them, and you may connect with yours through a familiar animal.
Your animal guides hold a particular quality that can help you navigate life with more ease, faith, and confidence.
It is possible to be touched by your spirit animal in many ways; you might see it on a walk, in a poster, on television, or hear it sung about in your favourite song. You can use these encounters as a unique reminder of who you are and that your spirit animal is with you on your journey.

I will also share with you some simple tools to connect with your spirit animal.
It is believed that we do not choose our own spirit animal; the spirit animal chooses us. Creating a bond allows the spirit animal to offer healing or “medicine” in the form of guidance, protection, power, or wisdom. We are not limited to one spirit animal in a lifetime; we can have multiple spirit animals come in and out of our lives, each providing us with unique knowledge.
HOW CAN SPIRIT ANIMALS HELP US?
Spirit Animals are messengers from the world of Spirit, the collective conscious.
They show up in our awareness when the time is right, gifting to us a gentle reminder that we are connected us to their divine energy and can call upon it to achieve our highest and best life.
More importantly, these creatures become teachers, guides and advisors when we most need it.
Effectively a Spirit Animal represents characteristics or abilities you currently have, that you hope to develop, or something you should start working toward.
It is important to remember that when the time comes for your spirit animal guide to reveal themselves to you, they will, you just need to be open to receiving their message. Spirit animals can help us in our times of need, they can help us through difficult situations, awkward conversations and assist us in figuring out who we are in relation to the world around us. Giving us courage, strength, wisdom, and help us pull ourselves out of dark places.

HOW TO CONNECT TO YOUR SPIRIT ANIMAL?
Everyone has a spirit animal and your spirit animal chooses you.
- Dreams. Our dreams are intimately connected to our waking lives, so take note if you see an animal in your dream.
- Past Connections. Think about your favourite animal from growing up, a childhood favourite book or a beloved pet you past or present.
- Nature. Look in nature and observe around you, is there a wild animal that you frequently cross paths with.
- Question. Consider one animal that has a special significance to you. Ask yourself: If this animal were my guardian, what lessons could it be trying to teach me about my personal power and inner strength?
If you think you have found your spiritual animal – now what?
- Learn about your spirit animal
- How do the animal traits relate to you?
- How does the animal represent connections to your life experiences?
- If your spirit animal had a voice, what would it say to you right now?
So, what animal spirit is calling to you? What does it mean?
Maybe you’re glimpsing a piece of your personality that’s developing. Allow your creative intuition to discover the answers and let the natural world both in the physical and nonphysical dimensions be your teacher.
