Our questions determine our thoughts!
All our experiences are a creation of our consciousness whether we create on a conscious level or subconsciously. Everything comes from within.
The only purpose of what we are all experiencing is to love. This is the only thing that is important. It is the only thing that is real. Everything that is happening outside of us, on our external landscape is only to bring us back to love.
So in the past few weeks I have been humbled. I lost sight of what was important, I was hurt and I kept asking myself the question why, why would they do that? The story doesn’t really matter. It’s easy to get caught up and lose sight of what is unreal and make it very real.
What changed everything for me is when I realised – Experience is not what happens to you – it’s what you do with it.
I recognised that I had been asking myself the wrong questions.
RECOGNISE THE QUESTIONS YOU ASK YOURSELF
WHY?
We often do this – look outside of ourselves for answers
Why is this happening to me?
Why has he or she mean?
Why didn’t I get that promotion?
Why did he or she leave me?
It is then we go into victim consciousness, and this keeps us stuck in a cyclic loop.
So, I changed my questions, my point of focus to
HOW?
How can I learn from this?
How can I turn this around?
How can I grow from this?
It was then that the answers came.
When we ask why, it projects us into the past – creating a cyclic loop of stagnation – not allowing us to move forward. When the real question should be directed to within us – how which is a projection into the future and builds momentum and clarity for what is to come.
How you feel about things creates an instant shift and you can use the experience to remain stagnant, a victim OR as an opportunity for growth and become the creator of your own story.

Often life takes us on journeys to deeper places in our psyche than we may have never gone before in order for us to shed layers of hurt, fear, doubt and to recognise that it really and simply all comes from within us.
We might lose ourselves for a while, a few minutes, hours, days. A lifetime even. The deeper dedication is always to what is real.
Truth and love. Love and truth. The only things that are real. We are so easily manipulated. We do it to ourselves.
And all you have to do is change how you feel.
