When we can believe that the world is filled with abundance, we begin to think of life as a place to give, not to get.
When you are grateful, fear disappears, and abundance appears.
Whenever I notice myself worrying about something out of my control, I immediately focus on gratitude and redirect my focus.
Gratitude is a fullness of heart that moves you from limitation and fear to expansion and love. When you’re appreciating something, your ego moves out of the way.

#3. Write a Thank-You Letter
Write a thank-you letter expressing gratitude to someone.
#4. Take a Gratitude Walk
This is great when you are feeling stressed or down. When you walk, pay attention to your senses—everything you’re seeing, hearing, feeling, smelling, and see how many things you can find to feel grateful for. This is a powerful way to shift your mood and open to the flow of abundance that always surrounds you.

THE POWER OF GRATITUDE
The most fundamental practice to quickly transform your life — any time of year — is gratitude.
Gratitude is simply a deep and genuine sense of appreciation for what you have in your life. For things big and small. For the air you breathe; the unconditional love of your pet; for blessing of someone who loves you.
Because when you genuinely fill yourself up with the emotion of appreciation, it changes how you feel and it completely alters the actions you take and, therefore, the results you’ll create.
Gratitude means learning how-to live-in gratitude each day, not just when things are going our way. It means experiencing life to the fullest – all the highs and lows – and understanding that no matter what happens, GRACE falls upon us
